FABRICATION AND PROCESSING WORKSHOP
Thank you for the opportunity to introduce Tie Fabrications Pty Ltd and
our services.
Tie Fabrications Pty Ltd have a 2000 sq. meter fabrication shop at Riverstone NSW. We employ approximately 10 + people in the workshop.
The workshop has the following equipment and capabilities:
* 6 meter 500 tonne break press ( said to be the 2nd biggest in the Sydney
Basin)
* 3.6 meter 200 tonne break press
* 3 meter 12 mm guillotine - 10 mm Stainless Steel
* Hand Plasma cutting to 12mm
* Four Travelling Overhead Cranes (8 tonne x 3 off)
We do not limit ourselves to a particular scope of work, we can cater for all types of steelwork and metalwork (up to 100 tonnes in accumulated total tonnage). Tie Fabrications Pty Ltd are general fabricators and contractors. We also provide Pressing, Rolling and Guillotining services to other Fabricators as well as any fabrication needs for their surplus works
The division services civil, heavy industry, mining and infrastructure with capabilites of heavy fabrication, heavy plate pressing, repair and refurbishment

Structural
We have experience in the complicated Structures to standard steel roof
& Awnings. Tie Fabrications Pty Ltd do not limit themselves to heavy
structural steel only, we also have expertise in light gauge steel to
heavy gauge stainless steel and any material grades requested by our customers
Metal work
Pergolas, Ballustrading, Walkway Structures, Bollards and General Handrail
also fall into our capabilites. We are also not limited to material grades
(Stainless steel.Aluminium & Mild Steel
Plate Work
Mould Tables, Silo's and Hoppers any size, Round Or Square and all other
custom made steel components are also with our scope works that our customer
wish to partake.

From a simple flange to a difficult manifold design, all still within
our scope of works
